Return Policy
We hope you love every piece from Nagye Boutique & Accessories. If something isn't quite right, here's how returns and exchanges work.
30-Day Returns
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and made-to-order reasons, certain items cannot be returned — including earrings, intimate items, custom or personalised pieces, and final-sale products. These are clearly marked at the time of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, email us at orders@nagyeboutique.ca with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll respond with instructions and a return address. Please do not send items back before receiving confirmation.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the size or colour you want is to return your item for a refund and place a new order. If you would prefer a direct exchange, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate based on availability.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@nagyeboutique.ca with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs.
