Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Made-to-order and custom pieces may require additional time, which is noted on the product page. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Options & Timelines
We offer standard and express delivery. Standard delivery typically arrives within 5–10 business days, while express delivery arrives within 2–4 business days, depending on your location. Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order. Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $200. Any applicable rates are displayed before you confirm your purchase.
International Orders
We ship to select international destinations. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees are determined by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in your order total.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also view the status of your order at any time from the "Track Order" page or your account dashboard.
